Synopsis

Dr Sirolli shares his thoughts on the role of VET practitioners in being more responsive to learners and enterprises. He offers an unscientific hunch that all of us have a better chance at succeeding in what we love doing. The role of a smart education system should be one of fostering personal success by emphasising the unique talents that each of us possesses.
