Synopsis:
Recording of Maret Staron's presentation to the TAFE NSW, Sydney Institute, Capability Development Workshop - Leadership Forum on the 17 November 2006 @ St George College.
The context for the workshop was workforce development and the need to enhance innovation, business partnerships, flexibility and customer responsiveness. The focus of Maret's presentation was on capability development and life based learning in this business context.
